Dr Michael Rochford
Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical Science), Bachelor of Clinical Science (Osteopathy), Member AOA
With over 20 years in practice, Michael is experienced in treating patients of all ages with a wide variety of problems and complaints. Michael graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Clinical Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Osteopathy in 1995. He is a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association (AOA) and registered with the Osteopathy Board of Australia (APHRA).
Michael’s holistic treatment approach is biomechanical, incorporating soft tissue massage and stretching, joint mobilisation and articulation as well as joint manipulation.
Dr Bec Ellis
Bachelor of Applied Science (Complementary Medicine), Master of Osteopathy
Originally from North-Eastern Victoria, Bec completed her Osteopathic studies at RMIT University in Melbourne. Her experience includes 4 years as a sports trainer for an Aussie Rules club, 2 seasons with the Melbourne City A-league team, and 2 years at RMIT University as a clinical supervisor and tutor, on top of practicing privately.
Bec has been travelling for a year before making the move up to Brissy. Check out her trip on Instagram.
Bec is available on Tuesday, Thursday (including after hours) and Saturday morning to begin with and will slowly add more availability.
Dr Luke Ellis
Bachelor of Clinical Science, Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy)
Luke completed his studies at Victoria University, Melbourne, with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy). Luke brings a holistic osteopathic approach to our clinic, using a predominantly structural approach combining both direct and indirect techniques. He has a keen interest in treating migraines/headaches and chronic pain conditions. His interest in functional movement and strength training sees him taking an active approach with patients in their rehabilitation.
Luke has a strong sporting background, competing in basketball, lacrosse and AFL from an early age; he transitioned into rugby union, volleyball, tennis and boxing more recently. His love of the outdoors takes him camping, four-wheel driving and exploring the Australian outback whenever he can.
Luke is available for appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays and every second Friday.
